Just one kilometer from the picturesque village of St-Adolphe, Lake Bois-Franc is the former water reservoir in the village with pure water , spring-fed lake and a head, and without motorboats. At just 500 feet from shore, a paradise island of 55,000 square feet of completely private and surrounded by forest awaits you.
There is a unique 4 season cottage on the island with electricity, telephone and all amenities. You will receive a bridge to cross the (electric), 2 kayaks and 2 canoes to make the most of summer. You have your own private sandy beach with dock, perfect peace and privacy but still close to all amenities. Right next to the cottage, you have a very large open space to enjoy the joys of the outdoors. To complete the adventure and make everything magical in winter, we reach the island by snowshoe or cross country skiing and tobogganing for baggage-children (plus or minus 5 minutes).
