Large country home located on 325 feet of beautiful clear waters of Lake Memphremagog (west side). Situated on the lake halfway between Owl's Head Ski Hill/Golf course and the US border.
Located 10 minutes away by car from Owl's Head Ski resort, 30 minutes away from Jay Peak Ski Resort, and 15 minutes from the US border.
Hidden away on the bottom of a mountain, surrounded by large trees, you will feel completely isolated and comfortable all while enjoying breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Pavi-uni driveway and lake acess with 2 separate docks 10 feet wide x 50 feet long giving easy access to the beach area.
Extremely clean and well-maintained, with 90% windows facing the lake that let in all the sun and light into every room. This house offers 6 complete bedrooms (two of which have ensuite jaccuzi bathtub bathrooms).
All interior walls and floors insulated for sound deadening.
Cathedral ceilings, 3 fireplaces, 4 bathrooms, 2 large docks including a boat dock, 5 kayaks ( 2 for children), a 20 foot diameter water trampoline, a large terrace BBQ deck off the kitchen, and a firepit in front of the house.
You will find on the first floor: The entrance leading into the house with a powder room, the TV/Library room with a fireplace, a large living room and dining room open concept with a stone fireplace, a large kitchen fully equipped to meet all your needs, balconies that wrap from one end of the house to the other, with breathtaking lake-front views from the large windows.
You will find on the second floor: 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms. There are two single rooms with single beds and wardrobes. There is one queen size bedroom with spectacular views of the water. And then you have the master bedroom with its own fireplace,a seating area, a small balcony, and a ensuite bathroom with separate shower and wirlpool tub and a Kohler Waterfall masaging spa.
You will find in the basement: Two very large bedrooms (one of which has the best lake view , the other has a separate powder room,jacuzzi and shower), a total of two seating areas (including a TV/Entertainment area, a fridge, ping-pong table, and an outside door leading onto another BBQ terrace overlooking the water.

Property policies
- Must have good references, I must discuss with you to approve detailes and you must understand you are renting my home so there must be a good relationship.
- All fees are to be paid up front. A cleaning fee charge will be req'd upon agreement, depending on the length of your stay and the qty of people occuping the home.
- Prices depending on quantity of people. Min price is 1000.00 for max 10 people
- Check in time: 3PM - depending if people are leaving that same day*
- Check out time: 11AM - depending if people are checking in that same day*

I have rented many properties on the lake and none of them compare to this one. It's hard to find a quality chalet on a quiet lakefront that can fit so many people comfortably. We went 3 couples and our kids. Definitely worth every penny. The kids really loved the ping-pong table and the water trampoline, which left us adults time to sit by the water, kick back and relax. So many big rooms to chose from.... 2 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs! Really wonderful, immaculate waterfront house. We also really enjoyed the amazing fire pit outside with lots of chairs and did some late night marshmallow roasting. Thank you so much Peter, we will definitely be coming back again for the ski season! -Jeremy and family
