Includes 1 living area with TV, 2 wood stoves, one large fully equipped kitchen, 1 dining room with a table for 20-30 peoples, a bedroom on the first and the others are upstairs with 3 full bathrooms and two shower room.
In addition, bedding and towels are included.

* A deposit of 50% of the rental cost will be required when booking and is payable by credit card or money order.

*A cleaning fee of 100$ to 2000$ will be charge if the cottage is in a mess. Only the laundry of the towels and bedding is included in the price of the cottage.
*no musique or loud noise accepted, the party not accept, we ask to respect the neighbor all the day.
* A security deposit of $ 2000 is required for damage upon arrival and will be refunded within 5 to 10 days of your departure.
* The cottage must be left as it was on arrival.
