A charming 3 stars/4 seasons log cabin, "small hunting camp" style, located on the slopes of Mount Pinnacle in the heart of the beautiful region of the Eastern Townships known for its famous wine route, its bucolic landscapes and beautiful villages : Frelighsburg, Sutton, Knowlton, Brome, Dunham, Bedford, Mystic among many others.
For ski enthusiasts, the cottage is only a few kilometers from Mount Sutton (15 min), Bromont (30 min) and Jay Peak / USA (40 min.). Also only a few kilometers are found nice public beaches alongside lake Champlain, Brome (Douglass Beach in Knowlton) and Davignon (Centre de la nature in Cowansville).
It's an ideal place for nature and beautiful landscape lovers, for cycling, skiing, birding, hiking, for amateurs of fine art, culture and gastronomy. A haven of peace and inspiration for writers and painters. And for dreamers and poets at heart...
Charming, warm and comfortable, the cottage can accommodate 4 people. Ideal for small families. 2 bedrooms: one double bed and two bunk beds. Fully equipped, comfortable bedding, towels, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, high chair, baby diaper changing table, bath / shower, stone fireplace, wood, high speed internet wifi, DVD player and a collection of films, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, etc.. In summer, large outdoor terrace, BBQ, fireplace. An outdoor gaz generator provides electricity whenever there is a power shortage.
To ensure the best possible health security for its occupants, the chalet is cleaned and disinfected after each rental in accordance with Public Health instructions.
Mount Pinnacle is an ecological site and a visual landmark for those living in the area. It is located 10 minutes to downtown Frelighsburg and Sutton where all facilities can be found for a perfect stay.

MARCH & APRIL SPECIAL RATE: 99$/night!
The rate per night is $ 145. However, the minimum stay is 2 nights ($ 290). A reduction of 5% is granted for a stay of 8 nights and more, of 10% for 14 nights and more, of 15% for 21 nights and more, finally of 25% for 28 nights and more. A package can be discussed for multiple rentals or for a stay that is longer than 32 nights.
The cottage will host a maximum of 4 persons. A $30/night fee is added for an additional guest upon a special acceptance by the owner.
The Quebec tourism tax of $5.00/night is added to any booking that is less than 31 nights.
All bookings are confirmed upon reception and cashing of the total amount of the package. Payment should be made preferably through PayPal or bank transfer (Interac).
Payment will be refunded 100% if cancellation is confirmed at least 15 days in advance for bookings less than 30 days, at least 45 days for bookings less than 90 days and 60 days for bookings more than 90 days. Otherwise refund will be 50%. No refund if cancellation comes less than 5 days in advance for bookings less than 30 days and less than 15 days for bookings over 30 days.
A caution of 100$ may be requested to cover any damage that could be caused by misuse of the premises. The caution would be 250$ for a one month stay. The caution is fully refunded at the end of the stay if no damage is found.
A 75$ fee is added to all bookings to cover the cost of cleaning, desinfection, change of bedding/towels and general maintenance. This fee is for a stay of 14 nights or less and for any additional period of 14 nights or less. There is cottage and laundry cleaning every two weeks and at the end of all bookings.
Arrivals not earlier than 3 pm and departures no later than noon.
This cottage is non smoking (all categories).
Pets are not allowed. No "parties" unless previously authorized by owners.
