Description
You have acces by a gate reflecting the property. It is a luxurious archtectural residence built with stone and detail cedar shingle style.
THE LOFT
Separed by the porte cochere the loft of 450 sf is over the garage and offers every thing that a small 4 members of family need.
It is on two levels, on the first, we find living, dining, kitchen working desk and restroom (10 gal) shower and a small sleeping alcove.
The mezzanine, accessible by ladder, has a queen size bed and a single one separated by a walk-in closet. All the spirit of this loft is inspired by nautical spirit. The tower offers the west view, showing the sunset on the lake. Three seasons you can see all the lake.
General
In summer you can walk to the public beach and also have a limited agreement to the nautical club. Horse backing, golf, hiking, fishing etc are some of many possibilté. In winter you are the same distance to Bromont, Sutton, Orford Owl's Head.
Main house is rented seperately it's garden is private.
