Description

Suberb house with all the amenities one would expect, in a quiet and wooded area, with a splendid view, near St-Sauveur. Only 2 km away from exit 55 of highway 15 North. Large kitchen-dining room-living room in an open space area, three big rooms on two floors. Two bathrooms (one with washer and dryer).There's also a home theater and a rec room with a pool table and a Foosball.

Linen, towels, iron/ironing table, hair dryer are supplied.
Heated floors and an air conditioner provide even more comfort.

In the summertime, you can take a dip in the lake Blondin. You have access to a private sandy beach, about 500 feet from the house.
