Description

This large new house is located on the shores of the St-Lawrence River from where you will contemplate the tides and the passage of ships. Install yourself on the sandy beach and breathe the sea air. Furthermore equipped with top-of-the-line furnishings and a warm decor, this residence will offer you an unforgettable stay !

The house is 3 km from the centre of Baie-St-Paul, on a quiet road with two pretty waterfalls that leads to a dead end. The cottage is in the historic «Bas-de-la-Baie» area of town, you will find several beautiful old houses along the road. There are several nice walks (including the sea shore at low tide) that are accessible directly from the property.

Property policies

*Weekly special only (Sunday through Thursday): 2 to 5 nights - Discount of 20 % (does not apply to statutory holidays or spring breaks Qc & On)

Statutory holidays: +150$ (Holiday weekends / minimum 3 days)

Lodging Tax, TPS & TVQ extra.

20% of the rental costs is required upon reservation. The balance of payment is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.

If a reservation is booked less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date, full payment is required.
All payments are payable by cheque ONLY. Paypal accepted if client not in Canada (+3%).

A $500 security deposit is required (non cashed cheque)

No reservations within 14 days of start of stay. Signatory must be over 30 years old and must be an occupant.
