The suggested occupancy is to ensure a maximum level of comfort and privacy. Children under one year of age are not counted in the maximum occupancy for chalets and appartments. A $200 penalty per additional person will be debited from your credit card.
Advertised prices are in canadian dollars, exclude taxes and are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of reservation. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is nonrefundable. If you have to cancel your reservation less than 30 days before your expected arrival date, the balance will be debited from your credit card.
To ensure the comfort of everyone, pets are not allowed. A $200 penalty will be charged otherwise.

Leave the unit in a condition suitable for regular housekeeping when checking out. The direction reserve the right to require an additional amount to cover the damage caused to the property.
