La Montée

Situated on a private lake in the heart of nature on a beautiful wooded estate of 105 acres, this cottage built in 2003, piece on piece style, is an oasis in the heart of a lush forest surrounded by mountains, trails, surrounding a beautiful natural lake (private).

At 1h30 from Montreal, only 5 minutes from the quaint village of St-Côme, 10 minutes from the ski-Val Saint-Come and golf this luxurious and rustic cottage is fully equipped.

On the main floor, there are three large bedrooms (closed), a full bathroom with washer / dryer, lounge with slow combustion stove with glass door, kitchen and dining room giving access to 3 season veranda.

The finished basement includes a large living room and extra beds. A large room is provided for storage.

During the summer, the private dock allows tie the the boat (rowboat or peddle boat) provided free of charge and enjoy swimming and sun.

Fully furnished, it is equipped with a large table, a microwave, a dishwasher, washer-dryer, 2 televisions, a VCR, a DVD player, express vu and an alarm system. Towels and linens are provided, nothing to contribute. The kitchen is fully equipped.

On the veranda, which offers a magnificent view over the lake, there is a large patio table with chairs and a BBQ. Firewood is also provided.

A stay at La Montée is the guarantee of a vacation of rest in the warmth and tranquility of a rustic and luxury country house in the heart of a soothing nature.
