L'Orée

Situated on a private lake in the heart of nature on a beautiful wooded estate of 105 acres, this cottage built in 2002, Normandy style with cathedral ceiling, is an oasis in the heart of a lush forest surrounded by mountains, trails, surrounding a beautiful natural lake private.

At 1h30 from Montreal, only 5 minutes from the quaint village of St-Côme, 10 minutes from the ski-Val Saint-Come and golf this luxurious and rustic cottage is fully equipped.

On the main floor, with cathedral ceiling (25 feet) and fully windowed, there is two bedrooms, one bathroom with washer / dryer, livingroom with slow combustion stove glass, kitchen and dining room. The livingroom provides access to a spacious veranda.

The second floor has a loft and two bedrooms.

During the summer, the private dock allows to tie the boat (rowboat or peddleboat) provided free of charge and enjoy swimming and sun.

Fully furnished and is equipped with a large table, a microwave, a dishwasher, washer-dryer, 2 televisions, a VCR, a DVD player, express vu and an alarm system. Towels and linens are provided, nothing to contribute. The kitchen is fully equipped.

On the veranda, which offers a magnificent view over the lake, there is a large patio table with chairs and a BBQ. Firewood is also provided.

A stay at L'Orée, is the guarantee of a vacation of rest in the warmth and tranquility of a rustic and luxury cottage in the heart of a soothing nature.

The village is along the L'Assomption River and offers with a stamp of a warmth welcome the services required only 5 minutes from the private domain.

• In winter, cross country skiing and snowshoeing on the trail, lake skating, sledding, biking, snowmobiling, etc. Possible animation with a trapper and sleigh ride with horse.

• In summer, Mont-Tremblant park and forest Ouareau falls nearby, biking, horseback riding, several golf courses including a new St-Côme, outfitters and ZEC Lavigne (fishing paradise), circuit trans-Quebec ATV. For rent canoes down the l'Assomption river, several summer theaters and few restaurants. In the village festival and tennis courts.
• In winter, Val St-Côme ski slopes , 45 minutes from the ski slopes of St-Donat, snow slides in St-Jean-de-Matha (20 km), circuit-country skiing, dog sledding, ice sculpture festival in the village, ice fishing outfitters nearby or circuit trans-Quebec snowmobile and ATV, etc.
