Description
Large luxurious cottage completely renovated in 2001 with a beautiful view of the Lac des sables in Ste-Agathe-des-Monts. Modern kitchen fully equiped, living room with stone fireplace, TV room and 2 large bathrooms with ceramic floor and walls. Large panoramic window in the living room with view on the lake.
Two(2) bedrooms with queensize bed, one (1) bedroom with 2 single beds and a master bedroom with kingsize bed. A hide-a-bed couch in the TV room. Can accomodate two (2) families (8 to10 persons). Linens available.
A very large master bedroom wtih access to porch. firplace, bathroom with heated floor and therapeutic bath.
An outside stoned fireplace. BBQ and Patio furniture (summer). Garage for boat, canoe, skidoo. In front a beautiful sand beach. A large entrance for four (4) cars. Additional storage room and a second refrigerator in the basement.
A large suspended porch outside (12'X20') over a stone wall with 2 rocking chairs. You will enjoy the beautiful sunset on the lake. The cottage is non-smoking. Domestic animals are generally not accepted (to be discussed).
In winter, at 15 minutes drive from Ski resorts, Mont-Blanc, Mont-Gabriel and St-Sauveur and a 30 minutes drive to Mont-Tremblant. At 10 minutes walk to a cross country ski resort. Skidoo trails nearby.
In summer, you can enjoy all the aquatic sports at Lac des Sables. In front of cottage, you can do rental of canoe, sailing boat, paddle boats, kayak and register for sailing lessons at the sailing school. Large beautiful sand beach in front of cottage. Biking trails and hiking trails nearby. At a 15 minutes walk to the picturesque downtown of Ste-Agathe-des-Monts.
An ideal place to enjoy the beautiful nature in the heart of the Laurentians.
