Property policies
For reservation
- A security deposit must be paid when you make the reservation (40 % of the amount. This deposit will be paid back (less the damages...) within 48 Hours after your departure. The deposit must be paid by credit card and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
- The total amount must be paid cash. It's possible to pay by credit card but a 2 % fee will be charged.
- The check-in must be done at 17h00. The check-out is before 11:00 the next day.
Cancellation policy
- If the cancellation is done more than 2 weeks before the arrival, we keep the deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 4 weeks, the total cost of your reservation will be charged to your credit card.
