With its extensive greenery and mature trees, the large property is an oasis of peace and calm where you can leave your cares behind. An attractive covered deck provides a magnificent view of the natural scenery.
Outdoor living is so peaceful! Relax to the sound of a babbling brook and birds chirping all around. Summer or winter, admire the night sky as you point the telescope (provided) out the immense bay window rising from the ground floor to the mezzanine. All kinds of cultural and sporting activities are available nearby: visit the historic Ulverton wool mill, take the “Route Verte” bicycle path through the heart of nature, do some stream fishing or just go for a stroll in the forest. Unforgettable memories await in this little corner of paradise.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES
The cottage features open-concept common areas. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) whose central island makes it easy for everyone to lend a hand in preparing meals. Relax in front of a crackling fire in the living room wood stove. There are also two charming bedrooms on this level (one queen-size bed, one double), as well as a bathroom with shower bath. The mezzanine has a small living room with futon. Downstairs, a ping pong table and fireplace complete the amenities.
