SUMMER: With 80 ft of private waterfront, you have access to lake Brome (12 miles of perimeter). Included are canoe, kayak, sailboat, windsurf and toys for kids to play in sand and water - plus hamac and lawn chairs to stretch out.

WINTER: The cross-country trail is 500 ft away and leads to an 18-hole golf course. And go to one of the nearby 5 alpin ski centres including Sutton and Bromont. And enjoy the lac for ice fishing, walking, its great views. All this for half the price of the rent in a ski centre.
