The lakehouse was great. It was clean, well furnished, plenty of room. It is apparent that the owners care about their property. Our little family had a great time. They particularly enjoyed the paddle boat, kayak and the water beds. We have no reservation about recommending this property to our friends or family. Thank you Nabil and Karen.

My family spent one weekend at this beautiful cottage that was kept very clean, and is very spacious. We did not want to leave this peaceful scenery. Will be coming back for sure next summer.

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful cottage. Great space for 8 friends. The house is clean, spacious, and very comfortable (including the beds). The lake is absolutely beautiful, clean water, excellent for swimming, and lots to discover on canoe/kayak. Great location, close to village of Perkins if a gracery store is needed.

This magnificant lake house is a cozy 4-season chalet built in 2002 on a quiet bay in beautiful Lac Rheaume, Val Des Monts QC. It is Located 40 minutes from downtown Ottawa. It offers modern amenities in a beautiful setting, and spectacular sunset. Lac Rheaume is a spring fed lake, great for fishing, swimming, kayaking, boating, and excellent cross country skiing and snowshoeing.
Ideal vacation spot for diplomats, business executives, or retired couples spending their winter in warmer climates, or passing tourists visiting Canada.
This chalet features: 200ft Waterfront, large private wooded lot. It is built on 3 levels can accommodate 8 people comfortably, 3 bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds, 3 bathrooms, open Concept kitchen and dining area, living room on the second level with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, dining room, screened sunroom, large wrap-around deck and top floor balcony overlooking the lake, large family room with propane fireplace overlooking the lake on the lower level. Large windows on all levels to capture maximum light, and different views over the lake makes this harmonious setting and help make your vacation a relaxing stay.
The chalet is fully furnished with high efficiency propane furnace, Central Air Conditioning, air exchanger, and contains 5 appliances, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, satellite TV, 3 flat high definition TVs, Xbox360, DVD and CD players, telephone, Internet, bedding, kitchenware and utensils, 6-8 person Artesian hot tub, and a 20KW Generac standby generator.
Outdoor amenities include a large play structure, garden furniture, lounge chairs, integrated 2 swing benches, propane barbecue, floating dock with ladder, picnic tables, 4 person paddle boat, and a kayak, water beds and life jackets.
