Lake Orford - Delux cottage (built 2008), 1 938 square feet over 3 floors. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath. The main floor is opened with a full kitchen and a family room with a wood burning, 4 faces, Don Bar fire place. Generous windows. The screened veranda is ideal for summer nights.
The cottage is fully furnished and is nicely decorated: High quality furnitures, inox appliances (refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave/fan combo, high efficiency front load washer and dryer, flat screen TV, home theater). The kitchen is fully equiped. High quality beddings and towels are included.
The cottage is located in the town of Eastman, on a secluded private road off Chemin de la Plage. It is located within a few steps of the shores of Lake Orford, an ecological lake with excellent water quality suitable from swimming and other water sports. Access to the lake is located only a few steps away from the cottage. It is shared between a few cottages.
No Smoking in the cottage and in the veranda.
No pets.
