• A security deposit is required upon arrival in cash as follow: 
  • short term rental (1 to 7 nights): 200$
  • long term rental (month, season): 1000$.
• security deposit will be refunded one week after your departure if all the goods are in the initial state.
• An amount of 160$ will be retained from the security deposit by the owner if the "non-smoking" condition has not been respected.
• The Tenant agrees to leave the cottage in the same state of cleanliness as his arrival. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of $50 will be withheld from the security deposit, at the end of his stay.
