Description
2 beautiful country houses to rent in Mansonville, near Owl's Head ski hill, golf course and Memphremagog lake. A private access to the lake is available any-time at less than5 minutes from the houses. A canoe and a pedalo are available at any time. You have also access to the municipal beach at less than 10 minutes. Each huses have a fire site where you can cook marshmallow at night.
The houses can accomodate 6 persons in 3 bedroom on the 2nd floor with 3 queen size bed for La Volière and for Le Pigeonnier 3 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed on the 2nd floor and one bedroom in the basement with twin size beds. An extra small bed is available for La Volière and a futon for Le Pigeonnier. We have now in each house a 4th bedroom available with an extra cost on the rental price. Both houses are fully equipped.
On the 1st floor, there is a living room with a gaz fireplace, a washroom with washer and dryer, a kitchen and dining room. The bathroom is on the 2nd floor with separate bath and shower. The floors are in hardwood and ceramic tiles. The houses are equipped with a central vacuum, a dishwasher, a television with satellite, a DVD and a radio with CD.
Outside, there is a big covered balcony and a large patio both with garden furnitures and a BBQ. The maintenance outside in summer and in winter are included.
