Property policies
- All fees are for 2 persons.
- + 25 $ per extra person (per stay).
- Children of 6 years old and under: free.
- Fees do not include taxes (GST, TVQ and tax on lodging).
- From St-Jean to mid-August : rental for 1 week only.
- Arrival: 5 p.m.
- Departure: 11 a.m.
- Hours of arrival and departure may be flexible upon availability.
- Advance deposit of 30% of the price of the leasing needed to confirm the reservation. Balance payable in cash upon arrival.
- Refundable security deposit of $200 payable in cash upon arrival.
