NEW PRICE FOR the season for 2 months is $ 3,200. Can also rent for 3 months $ 4,800
For reservation
A deposit of 50% upon reservation of the house and the balance one month before taking possession.Deposit can be done by direct deposit or cheque and is not refundable. The balance is to be paid 2 weeks before arrival and must be done by bank tranfer or cash. An amount of $ 500 is payable as security deposit which will be returned to you(less the damage to the house) within 48 hours after your departure. Site must remain as it was upon arrival.
