The cancellation of a reservation is subject to the following fees:

• 1 and 30 days prior to arrival = no reimbursement
• 31 and 45 days prior to arrival = 50% of Reservation Deposit

Reservation deposit:

A reservation deposit of 50% before tax will be required at the time of booking. Once your deposit has been authorized, your confirmation letter and invoice showing your reference number will be forwarded.

The balance of your invoice is due 14 day's prior to your arrival.

Security deposit:
A pre-authorization deposit is required 14 day's prior to arrival.
