Description
Only 15 minutes from Québec, a large log home for 8 pers. situated on 50,000 sq. ft of land, with nearby river, a private lake and forest. Large windows provide a view of the mountain range and the river.
This cozy two-story log home built in 2008 has a dimension of 28 x 32.
Whether it is for two nights or longer, in summer you will appreciate, hiking, fishing, swimming, or canoeing. In winter, you will enjoy slidiIng, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. A few minutes away you have access to snowmobile and ATV trails. Within 20 minutes, Mont-Sainte-Anne awaits with other outdoor activities, such as tubing and skiing.
The open floor plan on the main floor of the cottage provides one room with one queen size bed, living room with television, DVD player , a vcr, slow-burning wood stove, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, (even a dishwasher!). The kitchen opens directly onto a 20' x 12' terrace with patio furniture and a BBQ.
Upstairs you will find a very large room with one queen size bed as well as a single bed. In order to better accommodate your needs, in the basement there is a washer and dryer, and a freezer.
Everything is included: linens, towels and toilet paper.
Five minutes away there is a convenience store where you will find basic products.
Less than an hour from the cottage you will find: Domaine des 7 Chutes, Sainte-Anne Canyon , Montmorency Falls, and Île d'Orléans with all its delicious agricultural produce.
