Policy for all cottages and condos: A deposit of 30% of the total is taken upon reservation. If you cancel 14 days and more before arrival the 30% deposit will be kept. If you cancel within less than 14 days before arrival, the paiement of the total have to be paid. No refund possible. THE TOTAL PAIEMENT HAVE TO BE DONE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.
Once at the cottage : If you cancel or shorten your stay, once arrived at the hotel, no refund will be possible. The balance due will be ask if the full payment is not already done.
