This 2 story home with finished basement can accommodate up to 8 people. The ground floor is open concept with its user-friendly kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. The friendly dinette area awaits you for your meals. The space created in the lounge will allow you to relax.

In the basement, the family room will provide hours of fun with pool tables and table football, games of pockets and darts. In summer, guests can relax on the covered porch in front where you will find a couch for naps in the afternoon and a small table for the 5 hour tea . in the backyard, you will be able to eat in peace. In the evening, guests can gather around a fire and eat marshmallows. The back of the house overlooks a wooded lot, so no neighbors. The chalet is located in a cul-de-sac which has only 5 other houses. A short 3 minutes walk takes you to the lake.

The Dunham area is located on the edge of the Montérégie and the Eastern Townships, Quebec. It is a beautiful mountainous region where you can discover beautiful landscapes and charming villages with beautiful heritage homes. It is also an area where food and wine trail are in the spotlight. Lovers of good food will find many local products: ice ciders, elk, emu, goat cheese, etc.. For those who want to reconnect with the earth, they will be able to to find it in the different farms in the surroundings.
