Magnificent cottage of 6 to 9 rooms (with second cottage at 100m) on hilltop, very uniquely design with very sunny open spaces. Come enjoy the spa&sauna room, or play some snooker while enjoying the fireplace. In the heart of a beautiful region, 15min away of ski resort Owl's head, Jay Peak and Sutton. Just in front is an artificial lake for those hot summer days. Further down below is the Ruiter valley, surrounding the Mississiquoi river. Come explore it in Kayak, biking or simply by walk.
