Description
This 4-seaons fully renovated cottage for rent at l'île d'Orléans is well equipped and includes all amenities. Its location is a perfect pivot point to visit the rich terroir of l'Île d'Orléans and the Greater Quebec City.
The cottage is warm and cozy and conveniently located on the south shore of St. Lawrence River, near the tip "East" of the Island. The cottage is positioned in such a way to enhance the view over the estuary of the St. Lawrence River, the Montmagny archipelago of islands (Grosse Ile, Ile Madame, Isle-aux-Grues, etc.), Cap Tourmente, Charlevoix and large boats travelling the St. Lawrence River.
The area surrounding the cottage is quiet and wild, allowing for the observation of many different families of birds depending on the season, including Snow Goose, Great Blue Heron, Cardinal and Bald Eagle. The cottage is located on a large piece of land with not neighbours behind. This is an ideal spot for relaxing and walking on the riverside.
Telephone (local calls), Television (HD) and Internet (WiFi) services are available at the cottage. The telephone and Internet are also available at the cottage via the network of the mobile phone providers, Bell, Telus, Rogers and Fido.
