Description

A superb ranch style cottage with spa and finished basement with family room located in the Laurentian mountains between St-Jovite and Ste-Agathe (10 minutes from Mont-Blanc and 20 minutes from Mont-Tremblant).

Of interest to summer clients, you will have access to a small private lake for swimming. Your place on the lake will be made even more enjoyable with a screened pavilion and picnic table. All at a 3-minute walking distance from the cottage.

You will be located at 5 minutes drive from the Centre Touristique et Éducatif des Laurentides. This center offers many activities for the whole family: fishing, boat/kayak rental, pedestrian trails (dogs on a leash permitted), guided tours, picnic areas, and organized activities.

Property policies

Deposit: a 50% deposit will be asked at the time of the reservation. The balance of the total amount will be due upon your arrival at the cottage.

Cancellations: we will reimburse 50% of your deposit if you cancel 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Otherwise, there are no reimbursements.

Security deposit: we require a $400 security deposit upon your arrival. This deposit will be returned to you upon verification of the premises following your departure.
