Located 6 minutes from the ski(Mont Orford) and the lake Memphrémagog (Magog).Luxurious cottage  with a spa  and a swimming pool on  a large private lot on the edge of the forest.5 rooms,fully equipped kitchen,living room with a 21 feet ceiling,lot of windows,2 bathrooms,fireplace(wood provided),air conditionning,washer & dryer,60 inches hd tv with dvd and video,stereo,internet, 2 larges BBQ,playground for the kids,basketball,badminton,luxurious spa with waterfall for up to 7 peoples,linen and towels provided.In winter there is a deer trail 10 feet from the spa.You can't miss them.
