This year-round vacation village, composed

Required deposits to make a reservation:
ECONOMICAL, REGULAR and SUMMER seasons; a deposit of one night at regular rate is required for the reservation.
CHRISTMAS; a deposit of two nights at regular rate is required for the reservation.

Cancellations and refunds:
In winter, Christmas, if a cancellation or a modification is received 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, we will keep your deposit as a credit for a future reservation at Chalets Montmorency.
In winter, Christmas, if a cancellation or a modification is received less than 30 days before scheduled arrival, we will keep your deposit as a cancellation fee.
In winter, Regular season, if a cancellation or a modification is received 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund less a 100$ administration fee per unit reserved. (Taxes not included)
In winter, Regular season, if a cancellation is received less than 30 days before scheduled arrival, we will keep your deposit as a cancellation fee.
In winter, Economical season, if a cancellation or modification is received 7 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, you receive a full refund less a 100$ administration fee. (Taxes not included)
In winter, Economical season, if a cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, we will keep your deposit as a cancellation fee.

GOLF: No refund for a cancellation of golf within 48 hours or due to weather problems.
Electric carts are included depending on golf course conditions.
SUMMER PACKAGES ONLY*: You have 48 hours to cancel your stay, you will then receive a full refund less a $30 administration fee, otherwise the full payment of the package will be charged. All cruises are NOT REFUNDABLE.
Security deposit and responsibilities:
Since all accommodations are privately owned, an inventory is conducted prior to and after each occupancy. All occupants are responsible for all telephone charges, furnishings and the condition of each unit during their stay.
Upon arrival, a credit card imprint will be required and/or a security deposit of either 50$ per person.
Chalets Montmorency is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms.
Pets
Pets are not included in your reservation, and are not welcome.
(Exception for dogs, the cost is $25/dog/night, maximum $125)
