Resort Policies: - Our chalets are all non-smoking chalets. If you are renting one of our chalets and would like to smoke, you may do so outdoors on the balcony or patio.-

Domestic pets:

1 small (20 lbs or less) dog over 1 year of age is permitted in certain chalets.  Cats are unfortunately no longer permitted due to a significant amount of people who are allergic to cats.   Guests must notify us in advance if they plan on bringing a pet.  An extra charge of $15.00 per day will apply.  Pets are not permitted at the beach..

- Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. -

 Check-out time is at noon.  Penalty fees for late check-out: 1st hour $30.00, every additional hour: $50.00

Cancellation Policies:

If you should cancel your reservation deposits are non refundable, however if cancellations are made: 

- At least 21 days prior to reserved arrival date: Deposits can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets. 

- 8 to 20 days prior to reserved arrival date: There will be a 10% cancellation fee on the total of the chalet rental cost. The balance of your deposit can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets. 

- 0 to 7 days prior to reserved arrival date: There will be a 25% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost. The balance of your deposit can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets. 

- During our high season periods (summer, Christmas/New Year holiday period and long week-ends): There will be a 50% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost if cancellations are made less than 21 days prior to reserved arrival date.
