Superb cottage located just 20 minutes from Quebec Bridges, Scott Nova Beauce. Directly on the Chaudière River, the Chalet St Maxime is ideal for rest, vacation and corporate festivities with family or friends.

ACTIVITIES
In summer, 5 minutes from the cottage: Golf de Beauce, swimming with water slides, beautiful outdoor swimming pool, rental boats and kayaks for 15 people, etc.. All year: Ranch Bo-Soleil, road art, road gourmet shops, grocery stores, etc.. Just 15 minutes from the cottage: towers on the Chaudière River pontoon rides, sleigh, Observatoire du Mont Cosmos, the Heritage Area, etc.
Winter: Snowmobiling, cross country skiing and snowshoeing on site (3 nice pairs of snowshoes provided). Numerous activities available within 10 minutes from the cottage, summer and winter snowmobile tours, dog taîneau rides, sleigh, beautiful ski resorts skiing, etc..
The cottage is situated in a beautiful resort area, just 2 km from the famous cache à Maxime (vineyards, meeting rooms and reception, fine dining, night-scene, local shop).
Can accommodate up to 12 people in 9 comfortable beds. Spacious and comfortable, the cottage has two bathrooms. He has homes both inside and outside to enjoy the pleasure of a good fire in any season. All amenities are provided, Just bring YOUR GROCERIES.
Are indeed included on site for your convenience: 2 TVs with 2 DVD players, stereo with CD player, dinnerware and cookware designed, bedding, basic cooking spices (salt, sugar , pepper, flour, etc.. etc..), the washer and dryer needed high quality, dishwasher, microwave, grill, 2 refrigerators, 1 large and 1 small, 2 stoves (1 + 1 self-cleaning wall oven) etc..

Nearby: Tours Pontoon memorable Chaudière and access to many activities in the Beauce. Access to all major events of Quebec at 20 minutes by car.

Onsite: Great view on the Chaudière River in front of a cozy fire in the lounge.
Nearby: Apple picking, hunting, road art, road gourmet Cache Maxime towers cart, etc.
Winter activities
Onsite: Snowshoeing and cross country skiing on site (3 nice pairs of snowshoes provided). Snowmobile tours, dog sledding and sleigh towers less than 15 minutes, with the famous outdoor boiler base. Very beautiful country ski centers to 10 minutes.
Nearby: Village Vacances Valcartier and Le Relais Ski Center is less than 50 minutes. All major activities of Quebec, the Quebec Winter Carnival, etc.. are accessible within 30 minutes.
