Description
A must see & experience for peaceful or busy vacations! Great house where our family lives full time, except for the rental period for 2011 which is July & August only. This is such a great environment, unique and relaxing in nature with direct access to the forest behind the house for snowshoeing, walking and cross country skiing also. During the summer, you are at 30 seconds walking to the lake behind with a nice and very private beach on the lac des Pivoines ready to enjoy. There is also full of trouts waiting for you!
The house is on two floors and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each of them with shower), 2 living rooms, and a huge balcony to enjoy the stars year round! You will be amazed to see the stars like that so close to town. The house has all the facilities you may need from washing machine, micro-wave, DVD player, High speed internet wireless for your laptop (if you really have to), BBQ, wood lug fire place to enjoy your after ski, and a huge garage for 2 cars...All you need now is to enjoy the laurentians, the tranquility and all the ski hills and restaurants of St-Sauveur & Tremblant while being at less than one hour from Montreal.

Wonderful environment for ANY outdoor activities you can think of ! You are in the kingdom of mother nature, skiing, nordic SPAs but also entertainment if you feel like it! From cross country skiing and snowshoeing behind the chalet, to various ski hills and golf courses around, you will have to make choices! IF yuo feel like just relaxing, then it is your location of choice also. Water parks, multiple restaurants and bars to music and arts festivals at St-Sauveur and Tremblant are available to you in a heart beat. You are at 5 minutes from St-Sauveur, 45 minutes from either Tremblant or Montreal so the world is yours!! We are waiting for you in the warmth of our chalet!

Rates
Rental types:
Monthly, Seasonal.
We live here most of the year and rent at times so we are very selective about who we rent to. We prefer to meet you in person before the rental. This is to your advantage as it is impeccable, nice, clean and energizing house!
- SUMMER: JULY AND AUGUST ONLY
- We ask for a $1000 deposit at the signature or sent ahead of time. It is reimboused one week after the location and inspection of the chalet. The location fee is $3,200 for the 4 weeks and is payble ahead of time also. Please contact us for rental of the two months consecutively. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept. Otherwise, the deposit will be return one week after the rental and inspection.
Property policies
The house is non-smoking. We allow dogs and cats if they are well trained and behave properly! If you are allergic, be aware as we have one cat during the year so you should make sure you are ok before renting. He is obiously gone when you rent! We look forward seeing you and meeting you!
