Property policies
RENTAL CONDITIONS
Tenants must bring bedding and towels. However, possibility to get some with the rental of the cottage, with supplement.
The cottage is non smoking and pets are not allowed.
An amount of $ 100 per week rental must be sent no later than two months before the start date of hire, with the signed contract.
A guarantee of $ 300 will be required to sign the contract. The amount will not be collected unless the cottage is not left in a satisfactory condition.
