Property policies

Resort Policies:

• Check-in time is from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is at noon
• Our chalets are all non-smoking chalets.  If you are renting one of these chalets and would like to smoke, you may do so outdoors on the balcony or patio.

Cancellation Policies for the Chalet -Château:

If you should cancel your reservation deposits are non refundable, however if cancellations are made :

• At least 60 days prior to reserved arrival date: Deposits can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets.
• 59 to 22 days prior to reserved arrival date: There will be a 25% cancellation fee on the total of the chalet rental cost. The balance of your deposit can be used as credit toward a future rental in one of our chalets.
• Less than 21 days prior to reserved arrival date: There will be a 50% cancellation fee on the total of the rental cost (in this case, your deposit is not refundable).
