Description
Exceptional view, sovereign calm, great comfort and designer decor. A landmark for creators, a refuge for lovers or a retreat for breathless urbanites, on skis, in espadrilles, on bikes, in kayaks or in slippers ... In any case, in the salt meadows, the river is at your feet!
In winter, you can combine the spectacle of ice on the river with that of the flames of the slow-burning stove. In summer, you can eat, read or daydream on the screened porch. In all seasons, the large bath with a view is waiting for you!
We are located 4 km from downtown Baie-Saint-Paul and 25 km from Le Massif ski center. In summer, you can park your car near the chalet (15 meters). In winter, the coast leading to the chalet is not cleared of snow, you must leave your car in a private parking lot and walk one hundred meters (300 feet) on a tapped track. Two sleds are provided for transporting your luggage. For your pleasure, 4 pairs of snowshoes are also available.
The chalet is built on uneven terrain, close to the railway (no train before September 2011) and the river. For safety reasons, we do not recommend it for children under the age of ten. It is a non-smoking place and pets are not allowed.
