• Arrival at 4 pm on Friday or Monday depending on rental.
• Departure at 4 pm on Sunday or Monday morning at 11 am.
• A security deposit of $300 in cash upon arrival and returned on departure if the cottage is clean and nothing is broken.
• Do not make noise after 21 pm and no loud music.
• Cats are not allowed at the cottage.
• No smoking inside.
• The tenant is responsible for any breakage caused to the cottage and its equipment.
