Rental Conditions

• A reservation deposit of 50% before tax will be required at the time of booking. Once your deposit has been authorized, your confirmation letter and invoice showing your reference number will be forwarded. The balance of your invoice is due upon arrival. After you have read and accepted the rental conditions you need to return the signed contract by fax (450-438-3554).
• A pre-authorized $1,500 security deposit with credit card for Beaver, Rabbit, Bear and Deer Trail models is required upon arrival.
• The pre-authorized security deposit and balance of the invoice can only be paid and guaranteed by the person confirming the reservation. We will not accept multiple security deposits or payments.
