Our magnificent Chalet La Source du Bonheur is located on the banks of the Mékinac River in St-Joseph de Mékinac (Trois-Rives). In the heart of Mauricie, 1h00 from Trois-Rivières and 2h30 from Montreal and Quebec, La Source du Bonheur is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and spend unforgettable moments with family or friends, in an enchanting setting. With our 4-season outdoor SPA overlooking the splendid Mékinac River, our beautiful furnished terrace and an outdoor wood-burning fireplace (included), everything is there for you to enjoy nature, enjoy a good meal made on the BBQ and spend memorable time!

An indoor (foosball table, Pac-Man arcade, toys) and outdoor (zip line, outdoor ninja course, swings) play area has been specially designed for children.

In summer, for the pleasure of young and old alike, river tubes will be made available for you to cool off in the river. In winter, saucers and sleds will be available for children.

Just steps away from snowmobile and quad bike trails.

Dogs are welcome, with restrictions and supplement.

The Chalet can accomodate up to 8 people, preferably 6 adults due to th weight limit of the bunk beds. 

**We also have 2 extra single foldable mattresses that can accommodate 2 other children (bedding not included)**

COSTS:

Taxes (GST QST and accommodation taxes are added to the stay)

Cleaning fee $160-175 + tax

Refundable Security Deposit: $600

The person who reserves must be aged 25 and over.

Minimum 2 nights at all times

Minimum 3 nights can be mandatory on long weekends, Christmas Holiday and Construction Weeks.

RULES FOR DOGS:

We accept under certain conditions and only with our authorization.

Additional costs: $50-75 per stay

BOOKING TERMS:

For any reservation request, a deposit of 30% (non-refundable) of the total amount of the stay will be required. Final payment (including the $600 security deposit) must be made 30 days before taking possession of the chalet.

LATE BOOKING: In the case of a booking made less than thirty days before the rental period, full payment will be required upon booking. No credit for early departures.

CANCELATION :

1. Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking OR made 90 days prior to arrival. 

2. Cancellation made between 90 and 30 days before the start date of the stay, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation more than 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be non-refundable.

4. Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date, 100% non-refundable, only the amount of the $600 security deposit will be refunded.
