- $250 cleaning fee
- $250 for pets (pets must be allowed on the property, one small dog only)
- 5% administration fees
A non-refundable reservation deposit of $1,500 is payable upon booking.
The balance is payable 30 days prior to rental starting.
A security deposit of $1,000 is payable with the balance and is refunded 7 days after the stay. If damage is found in the house, the owner could keep all or part of the security deposit.
The refund policy is as follows:
- 100% refund, 30 days before the start of the stay (except reservation deposit, which is non-refundable)
- 50% refund, 15 days before the start of the stay (except reservation deposit, which is non-refundable)
Administration fees apply for all credit card payments via the Stripe platform.
