Reservation policy and payment terms
A signed rental agreement together with a 50% deposit is required to ensure the reservation for the dates specified in the offer.
The second 50% deposit is due 15 days prior to the date of arrival, together with a $500 damage security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned within 5 business days following the satisfactory inspection of the cottage and its content.
Payment via Interac transfer only. No credit card, no check.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be reimbursed according to the following conditions:
60 days and more prior the arrival date: 100% refund
30 days and more prior to the arrival date: 50% refund
Less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: no refund
Additional fees
Cleaning charge: $150 Cdn additional. May vary depending on the number of persons.
