During winter season, all season rental only.
Terms of payment: 50% due at time of booking and balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Refund Policy for monthly rental:
- 100% refund, 90 days before the start of the stay
- 50% refund, 60 days before the start of the stay
- 25% refund, 30 days before the start of the stay
Security deposit of $1,000 to be paid 3 days before the stay, refunded within 7 days of the end of the stay.
$225 cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit. An extra $50 for animals.
