The minimum stay is 7 days and 6 nights, up to a maximum of two weeks. The property accommodates up to 4 adults at any time, with no children or pets allowed. Payments can be made via Interac e-transfer or cash. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. No outdoor fires are allowed, and the house is non-smoking. To ensure the tranquility of the village, noise should be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. Any damage to the property will be the responsibility of the tenant, unless otherwise agreed with the owner. References may be asked.
